Children's Youth Choir

- by rootadmn

The Children's Choir has started rehearsals on Saturday evenings at 4.45 pm, prior to the 6 pm Mass. The choir is intending to build on its previous success when it sang in a number of churches in East Anglia and cathedrals in Norwich and Westminster. Jeremy Jepson, the new choirmaster, is an experienced choirmaster and is keen to develop the childrens' repertoire.... Currently there has been a disappointing response to the call for new members so if you are interested then please contact Julia Heppell on Julia.heppell1@btinternet .com.

Peterborough Light Project will be opening their doors every evening at various churches around the city for homeless people to have a bed and a hot meal from November for 20 weeks. They will be looking for volunteers to help cook an evening meal or serve or just be welcomers or helpers in a variety of roles. You don’t need to volunteer for every night nor even for once a week. Please look out for more information if you would like to help. www.lightprojectpeterborough.org.uk
