 | Father Michael was born in Ipswich in 1985. He was brought up just outside of the town, in Claydon where he went to the local school and belonged to St Mary Magdalen’s parish. During his A-Levels he applied to Bishop Michael to go to the seminary. Following a year in Liverpool with the Vincentian Volunteers programme where he worked in hospital chaplaincy and secondary school teaching assistance, Fr Michael went to St Mary’s College, Oscott, in 2004. Having completed his studies Fr Michael was ordained to the priesthood in the Cathedral of St John the Baptist, Norwich by Bishop Michael Evans on 10th July 2010. His time in this parish is his first appointment as a priest. |
